Patricia Franklin

 

Patricia Franklin has helped individuals and organizations achieve measurable results by providing award-winning, innovative learning experiences. Her work has been recognized by Fast Company, The Economist, PwC, Training Magazine and The New York Times.

Harvard Human Flourishing Program researchers partnered with Patricia in her role as Chief Learning & Content Officer in the design of the award-winning You by Flerish well-being app. 

In her role as Chief Learning Officer of Vistage International, where her transformative leadership programs led to a 300% increase in corporate growth rate, Patricia contributed to the  development of 14,000 CEOs and their coaches, earning Vistage Training Magazine’s Top 125 Winner award for achieving global excellence in corporate-sponsored education.

As Program Director for The Economist's eLearning enterprise, Patricia managed the integration of journalistic research with global case studies for new managers. She advanced cross-cultural teamwork at PwC where she led off-shore groups in India, introduced five learning technologies, including Augmented Reality and received a PwC Real-time Recognition Award.

A contributor to Learning Solutions magazine,  Patricia has also written for the Los Angeles Times, Newsweek and The Economist.  Her commissioned non-fiction book became the basis of a drama series development with the BBC.  

Since 2014, Patricia’s multimedia programs in youth detention centers have engaged participants through exercises in self-awareness, career readiness and responsible decision making.  

Patricia holds certificates in Restorative Practices for Educators and Restorative Justice Conferencing issued by the International Institute for Restorative Justice and is certified by RJMP in Victim Offender Dialogue and Prisoner Reentry Preparation facilitation.  

She received her  BA from the University of Southern California in Journalism & Anthropology and a Graduate Diploma in International & Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
