If you have committed a crime...Can I make amends?

Yes! If you are willing to accept responsibility for your actions and are prepared to help the victim(s) have a sense of closure and to help them move on with their lives.

It will be necessary to meet with a case mediator to assess your willingness to establish goals to be met in helping to restore your victims to a sense of closure and justice.

It may be necessary to work out arrangements with the court or prosecuting attorney in order to approve the mediation process. We will assist you in this process.
